On December 20, Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism worked with Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association on the 2022 tasks and direction for 2023.
In 2022, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association has made great effort in tourist destination promotion such as taking part in tourism fairs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; promoting tourism development link with the Central Region and Highlands; cooperating with Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism to sign agreements to promote the international tourist markets of South Korea, Canada, etc. Besides, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association has also introduced some new tourist products such as the “Following A.Yersin’s steps” and "Sea and mountain" tours.
This year, the association has admitted 8 new members, bringing the membership to 167. At the meeting, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association suggested Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism would call for donations and funding for the association activities and removing obstacles for Nha Trang Bay tour.
In 2023, the association will continue bringing new tourist products; supporting communities to develop community tourism products, agritourism; Mekong River Caravan introducing Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa tourist products in the Mekong River Delta; launching Khanh Hoa e-tourism website, tourist directory; jointly with businesses organizing activities in response to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023; focusing on developing membership, etc.
