The Ponant’s Le Lapérouse cruise ship (French) carrying 150 international tourists called at Nha Trang City on the morning of October 9 on its journey to Vietnam. This is the first cruise ship that has visited Nha Trang after 2 years of closure due to Covid-19.
The tourists took a tour of Nha Trang City to some attractions such as the Ponagar Temples, Long Son Pagoda, Dam Market and Tran Phu Bridge; experienced a cyclo ride; and enjoyed Nha Trang Bay sightseeing, diving and having spectacular sunset views on Nha Trang Bay on Emperor cruise ship, etc. The ship left Nha Trang on October 7.

According to Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, Khanh Hoa will receive some cruise ships carrying thousands of international passengers in early January 2023.
