The number of overnight tourists to Khanh Hoa Province in August 2022 is estimated to reach 385,000, including 345,000 domestic visitors and 40,000 international ones with the room occupancy of over 41.2%. The turnover from tourists in August has hit VND1,881 billion, according to Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism on August 29.
Since the beginning of the year, Khanh Hoa has welcomed over 1.8 million overnight tourist arrivals, a year-on-year increase of 287.2%, including 116,280 international visitors and 1.7 million domestic ones with the total turnover from tourists of nearly 9,540 billion, up by 305.2% compared with the same period last year.

South Korea has remained Khanh Hoa Province’s largest international tourist market with about 25 flights/ week from Seoul, Busan (South Korea) to Cam Ranh. Khanh Hoa tourism sector is focusing on attracting international tourists from Southeast Asian countries, India, etc.
