Thai AirAsia resumed flights between Bangkok (Thailand) and Cam Ranh from August 1, according to the leader of Cam Ranh International Airport on July 18.

Thai AirAsia will operate flights from Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok with 2 flights/ week on Monday and Friday. This is the third air route connecting Southeast Asian countries with Cam Ranh. Earlier,  Vietnam Airlines had started flights on Singapore - Cam Ranh route and  AirAsia on Kuala Lumpur - Cam Ranh route.

According to the leader of the Department of Tourism, Thai AirAsia’s resumption of Bangkok - Cam Ranh service will help attract Thai visitors to Khanh Hoa and travel operators to open tours to Thailand. Since July 1, Thailand has removed medical restrictions on immigration and travel to Thailand. Only Covid-19 vacination certificates or Covid-19 testing resuts are required when entering the Land of Golden Pagodas.
