The tournament is expected to take place at Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Multifunction Sports Arena from April 2 to 12. The tournament was originally scheduled for March 15-25 but was postponed due to COVID-19.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports has set up the provincial billiards - snooker team with 41 members, including one coach and 40 players competing in three-cushion carom, one-cushion carom, and English Billiard.
