Heavy rain has recenly lashed Khanh Hoa, resulting in high risks of landslide and flooding. Continued rain is expected in the province in the next days.
Specifically, Tropical Storm Saudel is forecast to be 680km east east-south from the Spraly Islands with max wind at level 8 and gust expected at level 10.
