Accordingly, VND30 million was given to Nguyen Thi Tham, an old mother of 2 children completely paralyzed due to Agent Orange in Vinh Luong Commune; and VND20 million to an Agent Orange victim named Tran Thi Yen in Phuoc Hoa Ward.
