Nakri Storm was at 12.5°N and 113.9°E, 120km north-northeast from the Southwest Cay, Spratly Islands with wind speeds of 100-115kph and the gust expected at level 11 near the storm eye at 1p.m on November 9.
In the next 24 hours, the storm will head west at 10-15kph. At 1a.m, the storm will be at 12.9 °N and 110.9°E, 190km off the coast of the central provinces of Quang Ngai – Khanh Hoa.
In the next 24-48 hours, the storm will move west west-north at 10-15kph inland in the central provinces with the gust expected at level 9-10 and then weaken into a tropical depression at 13.9°N and 107.3°E in Cambodia with the gust level lowering to under 6.
