Nha Trang Bay Management Board in association with Vinh Phuoc Ward People’s Committee and Nha Trang City Urban Environment Company has held a clean-up day themed "Joining hands for a sustainable environment" in Xom Bong Bridge area. The event was under the environmental clean-up campaign and in response to the World Biodiversity Day and Nha Trang Sea Festival 2017.
More than 120 officials, Youth Union members, young people and locals joined effort to tidy, collect and classify garbage. Besides, ward officials integrated the environmental protection in the clean-up campaign.
Earlier, musical and film-screening programs themed environmental protection had been organized at Vinh Phuoc Ward People’s Committee in order to raise public awareness of the clean-up campaign and joint effort to make a difference for the environment.
