Dien Khanh District General Hospital project was approved by Khanh Hoa People’s Committee in October 2008 with a total capital of nearly VND96.5 billion, 60% of which was from the government’s bond fund and the rest was from the provincial budget. The construction began in December 2009.
Located in Dien Dien Commune, the well-equipped general hospital has 150 beds on an area of 19,000m2. Reportedly, Dien Khanh District General Hospital provides medical examination for over 376,000 arrivals a year on average with an inpatient bed occupancy rate of over 145%.
