Van Ninh District Vietnam Fatherland Front has implemented the project of building 309 houses for poor families.
The houses are worth over VND10 billion funded by Khanh Hoa Provincial Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development.
100% of the houses will be handed over to the needy by the end of 2013.
