Starwood Hotels & Resorts celebrates the launch of customer toll free number for Vietnam.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has launched a dedicated customer toll free number for Vietnam. Accordingly, as from August 11, 2009,  all telephone calls from Vietnam to hotline 1206 5111 to book rooms at 950 hotels of Starwood in over 100 countries worldwide are free. The calls will be answered by native Vietnamese associates.

Starwood is the first international hotel group to introduce a toll free reservation and enquiry hotline for customers in Vietnam. Currently, Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts operates 2 Sheraton hotels in Vietnam: Sheraton Hanoi Hotel and Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers and has 3 hotels and resorts under construction : Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa, The Westin Resort & Spa, Cam Ranh and a Starwood hotel in Hoi An. Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa is scheduled to inaugurate in November, 2009 and officially opens its reservation lines from now.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts currently offer dedicated toll free numbers in various destinations in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Brunei, China, Fiji, Guam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.  The numbers can be found on www.starwoodhotels.com/tollfree.
