Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports on October 29 morning organized the 4th provincial contest on cultural heritages at Ninh Hoa Town Center of Culture, Information and Sports.
Over 220 pupils of eight junior high schools in Nha Trang City, Khanh Son District, Cam Ranh City, Cam Lam District, Dien Khanh District, Van Ninh District, Khanh Vinh District, and Ninh Hoa Town took part in the contest.
The contest included four sections: introduction; multiple-choice test about world cultural heritages in Vietnam, national cultural heritages in Khanh Hoa, Khanh Hoa’s history and culture, law on cultural heritages; identifying national cultural heritages in Khanh Hoa and world cultural heritages in Vietnam through images; traditional art performance.
At the end of the contest, the organization committee offered one first prize, three second prizes, and four third prizes to the teams; offered excellent prizes to the outstanding teams who performed well in the sections of introduction and traditional art performance.
