Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee held the 8th mass yoga session on June 19 morning at 2-4 Square (Nha Trang City) to mark the International Yoga Day 2022. Present at the event were Dinh Van Thieu, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; Pranay Verma, Indian Ambassador to Vietnam; and Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City.
Over 1,200 yoga practitioners of yoga clubs in and outside Khanh Hoa joined the event. The session was instructed by Le Thi Hang, head of the Emulation and Commendation Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Yoga Federation and ten yoga teachers.
This was also a part of the series of activities of Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2022 and an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India (1972 - 2022).
