More than 300 martial arts practitioners of vovinam, taekwondo, karate, and traditional martial art from the martial art clubs in Khanh Hoa Province, Dak Lak Province, Ho Chi Minh City, and Military Region 7 took part in the festival.

In around two hours of the festival, the participants showcased several typical techniques of each martial art.
