More than 200 representatives represented 15 ethnic minorities in Khanh Vinh District attended the district’s 3rd Representatives Congress of Ethnic Minorities 2019.
At the congress, the representatives reviewed the development of Khanh Vinh District in the past. Accordingly, the standard of living of the ethnic minorities in the district has been improved; the number of poor households decreased to 52%; roads throughout the communes were upgraded; the per capita income has been VND16.5 per year, etc.
The congress also included many music performances reflecting the cultural color of the local ethnic minorities.
