In 2020, Khanh Hoa Post Office basically completed the planned targets with the total revenue from postal services, postal finance services, and media distribution of over VND217.6 billion, contributing VND7 billion to the state budget. The labor productivity reached VND151 million/employee/year; the average income reached VND7.4 million/ employee/month. The post office maintained and improved the postal network with 52 post offices and 89 commune cultural post offices; maintained two post offices in Truong Sa Island District.

In 2021, Khanh Hoa Post Office will strive to hit a total revenue of over VND227.1 billion; average income of over VND9.1 million/ employee /month; labor productivity of nearly VND176 million/employee/year; grow the market share of postal and delivery services; expand and diversify the sales channels of postal products and services. The post office will also continue to apply information technology to its operation; shorten the delivery time of publications to remote areas, and so on.
On this occasion, Vietnam Post presented certificates of merit to six collectives under Khanh Hoa Post Office who achieved excellent achievements in 2020.
