Frozen shrimp have accounted for the highest proportion of the total applications for C/O with 27.4%. Khanh Hoa enterprises which have established commercial relations with the countries in the EU (Nha Trang Seafood F.17 Joint Stock Company, Thong Thuan - Cam Ranh Seafood Joint Stock Company, Hai Vuong Co., Ltd., Vietnam Gallant Ocean Co., Ltd., Vietnam Vietsea Co., Ltd., etc) have made declarations and submitted applications for C/O, movement certificate EUR.1, at the Import and Export Management Bureau in Khanh Hoa Province.

The Import and Export Management Bureau in Khanh Hoa Province has instructed enterprises to apply for C/O in the EVFTA. Specifically, for export consignments valued at over EUR 6,000, enterprises need to prepare movement certificate EUR.1 and submit application dossiers to C/O issuers empowered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. For export consignments valued at under EUR 6,000, exporters are permitted to self-certify the origin of their products.
