Khanh Hoa Province People’s Committee has delivered a decision to amend Decision 2690 on the project to change plants in the period of 2016 – 2020.
Total area of plants to be changed till 2020 is 8,231 hectares, and the figure for the period of 2019 – 2020 is 5,364 hectares. Specifically, 3,152 hectares of ineffective rice area will be changed to kinds of annual plants; 5,078 hectares of ineffective annual and perennial plants will be changed to profitable plants.
Expenditure to support the change in the period of 2019 -2020 is more than VND56.9 billion.
