North of Nha Trang expected to develop strongly

In two recent years, the appearance of the north of Nha Trang have changed a lot, forming an urban area. A lot of projects put into operation and under cosntruction partly expand space for to develop tourism of Nha Trang.

For years, Amiana Rersot in Bai Tien, Pham Van Dong Street, Vinh Hoa Ward has been a high-class tourist area in the north of Nha Trang. However, the area has become more exciting as Ana Marina started operation. The marina, invested by Focus Travel, covering on an area of 89 hectares, including 86 hectares of sea surface. It can serve more than 200 yachts, from sailing boats to superyachts. The marina is not only a special tourist place in Nha Trang, but a place to host cultural and sports events, especially international yacht racing.

In end May, Crystal Bay Group organized groundbreaking ceremony for Crystal Marina Bay project. The project is suited at Ana Marina Park with the view to Nha Trang bay and city.

According to Tran Van Dong - Chairman of Vinh Hoa Ward People’s Committee, Ana Marina has been finished fully and worked well. In addition, Crystal Bay is building a lot of projects with international scale and strature.

At present, the center of Nha Trang has become crowded. However, developing to the west and the north is the policy of the province to reduce population density and expand space to develop tourism. New projects licensed along Pham Van Dong Street have partly changed the northern area modernly.

According to the leadership of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, thanks to development strategies of the province and good location, investment into the north of Nha Trang has risen. In 2 – 3 recent years, the north of Nha Trang has changed obviously. With existing potentials and advantages, the northern area of Nha Trang will develop more.
