Khanh Hoa Province People’s Committee has agreed to advance VND2.7 billion from the State budget order that two service and trading centers of Khanh Son District and Khanh Vinh District to stock goods and sell goods st stable prices in mountainous communes before, during and after the lunar new year festival 2019. Khanh Son District will be allotted VND1.5 billion and VND1.2 billion will be for Khanh Vinh District. Time for the advance is three months, from January 10 to April 10.
