The festival attracted nearly 150 amateur artists of 9 art groups of the associations for the blind of Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh City and Khanh Vinh District; provincial Rehabilitation-Education Center for Children with Disabilities; associations for people with disabilities of Ninh Hoa Town, Cam Lam District, Dien Khanh District, and Khanh Vinh District; and provincial Center for Social Protection and Rehabilitation for People with Mental Illnesses.
At the festival, the artists performed 36 music performances.
The organization board offered prizes to four outstanding art groups and 20 certificates to excellent performances at the end of the festival.
