Teleconference "Aspirations for the blue ocean" to be organize on June 29

On May 30, Le Huu Tho, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee and Head of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Propaganda and Training, chaired a working session with the leaders of Military Radio-Television Center on the organization of the teleconference "Aspirations for the Blue Ocean".

Accordingly, the teleconference is scheduled to take place at the Military Radio-Television Center (Hanoi) and Cam Ranh International Port (Cam Ranh City) at 8pm on June 29. This is a national event, a part of the series of activities held on the occasion of the 40th year of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea adopted in 1982 and the 10th year of Vietnam’s Law of the Sea (June 21, 2012 - June 21, 2022). The teleconference will take place in nearly 100 minutes with three parts: rich and beautiful ocean; for Vietnam to become a strong sea country; message from Vietnam to join hands for a peaceful and sustainable ocean.
 
The teleconference aims to raise the awareness about protecting, preserving and promoting the values of natural resources, environment of the ocean, and Vietnam's sea and islands. It will be broadcast live on Vietnam National Defense Television channel and relayed on 28 radio and television stations in coastal provinces and cities over the country, including Khanh Hoa.
