Actively preparing for end-of-the-year celebration programs

Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe and Khanh Hoa Provincial Center of Culture and Cinema will hold many end-of-the-year art programs at 2-4 Square (Nha Trang City) on the occasion of Christmas and New Year 2022. The programs are expected to entertain local people and tourists in the holidays.

Exciting programs
 
The dancers, singers, and musicians of Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe and the provincial Center of Culture and Cinema are actively rehearsing for five programs planned to take place on Christmas and New Year 2022. Two programs of the provincial Center of Culture and Cinema will take place on December 24 night and December 29 night. Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe will hold three programs on December 25 night, December 30 night, and January 1, 2022 night.

Over 70 performances of the two units were approved by the provincial Department of Culture and Sports. The units have prepared rousing repertoire to suit the joyful atmosphere of the holidays. In each program, the units have tried to incorporate modern and youthful features into the repertoire. Especially, the program on January 1, 2022 night of Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe is staged with contemporary folk features. The performances of this program present the features of Thien Y A Na Holy Mother worship of Raglai, Cham, Ede people, and the people living in coastal areas in Khanh Hoa. The troupe also prepares some performances which enable the interaction between the artists and audience. 
 
Looking forward to perform in front of audience
 
The end-of-the-year celebration programs are expected to create a joyful atmosphere for the holidays amid the pandemic. This will also be an opportunity for the artists to perform on stage after a long hiatus due to COVID-19. The general color of the repertoire is vibrancy and joyfulness.
 
The preparation for the programs has been implemented in accordance with COVID-19 prevention and control measures. The provincial Center of Culture and Cinema is preparing for the music festival for soldiers and the two end-of-the-year programs. The artists of the center have tried to overcome difficulties caused by the pandemic to rehearse and are very excited to perform in front of audience.
 
Many of the repertoire Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe have prepared for their end-of-the-year programs are newly staged performances; some were staged for other art programs in 2021 but haven’t been introduced to the public.
