Khanh Hoa Province’s Aloe Wood Association held a ceremony to commemorate the traditional day of aloe wood industry on April 13 (lunar March 2). The attendees offered incense to Thien Y A Na Holy Mother at Ponagar Temple and held a meeting to recall the traditions of aloe wood industry, which is the typical industry of Khanh Hoa.

In 2017, after being established, Khanh Hoa Aloe Wood Association chose lunar March 2 as the traditional day of the association. At present, the association has around 70 members, who are business people, farm owners, scientists, managers, and individuals working in aloe wood industry. The association is established to create cooperation and support among the members; create more jobs; and contribute to the sustainable development of aloe wood industry.
