Vietnamese representatives awarded three prizes at 2018 International High School Students' Photo Festival Exchange

The fourth International High School Students' Photo Festival Exchange took place in Higashikawa City, Japan from August 3 to 8. 

The fourth International High School Students’ Photo Festival Exchange took place in Higashikawa City, Japan from August 3 to 8. Through the “The prides of my town” photo contest organized by BAHAN_IMAGES Co., Ltd., three students of Vo Tanh Photo Club of Ly Tu Trong High School (Nha Trang) were selected to represent Vietnam at this year’s contest. They were Tran Ngoc Bao Han (10th grade), Van Ai Quan (12th grade), and Tran Hoang Phuc Thinh (12th grade).
 
Vietnam team namely Hai Yen was led by journalist and photographer Na Son. This was the fourth time Vietnam has joined this contest and was the first time Vietnam team has selected three members from the same school. Hai Yen team was given three awards: Third Award, Hokko Gakuen Award (Bronze Award), and Students’ and Teachers’ Choice Award.

Besides Vietnam, taking part in the 2018 contest were the teams from 18 countries: South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Australia, Canada, Latvia, USA, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Poland, Marshall Islands, Finland, Mongolia, Russia and three Japanese teams.
