To ensure food hygiene and safety, the Ministry of Health will found Food Safety General Department, Food Safety Agency of province and city level, Food Safety Security Force of district and township level and a task group of 3 people in charge of this issue.
According to Mr. Tran Dang, head of the Food Safety Department said, food safety inspectors will be appointed. Besides, a national Food Test Institute will be founded to manage test local institutes and give ultimate conclusions on food quality in Vietnam.
