Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Khiem has signed a decision recognizing three new international border gates, namely Xa Xia (in Kien Giang province), Dinh Ba (in Dong Thap province) and Le Thanh (in Gia Lai province). They are the gateways to Cambodia’s three provinces of Kam Pot, Prey Veng and Ratanakiri.
Three sub-border gates are also upgraded into national border gates named Giang Thanh (in Kien Giang province), My Quy Tay (in Long An province) and Dak Rue (in Dak Lak province), connecting with three Cambodian border gates of Ton Hon (in Kam Pot province), Sam Anh Rong (in Svay Rieng province) and Chi Miet (in Mondunkiri province), according to the decision.
In addition, there are two more sub-border gates opened. They are Ta Vat (in Binh Phuoc province) and Vak Sa (in Tay Ninh province), connecting with two border gates of Tonle Cham and Daun Rath both in Cong Nong Cham province in Cambodia.
