The government has had document to agree Vietnam Milk Company (Vinamilk) to carry out the project to produce beer working with a foreign partner - SAB Miller Asia B.V (Holland).
In the document No 60/VPCP - QHQT, issued by the Governmental Office on Jan 5, the Government has suggested the Ministry of Industry to add this project to the overall plan for the beverage branch development to the year 2010 according to what the Prime Minister has directed.
To deploy this project, the Ministry of Planning and Investment will guide parties to make plans and submit functional agencies for approval.
