After 2 years of researching, Aquatic Growing Research Institute III, run by Ministry of fishery (address: 33 Dang Tat Street, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) has successfully produced industrial food for sweet snail in form of tablet. The component of the food is fish powder, fresh fish, shell powder and some vitamins…which are materials easy to seek in the market. The test result showed that it is better to rear sweet snail with this kind of food as compared to the common food. Sweet snail grows rapidly, harvested after 4 months. Especially, owing to adhesive, it is impossible to disintegrate in water. As a result, it restricts the risk of water pollution.
