Alma Resort partners with Archipelago International to boost online booking

Alma Resort in Bai Dai, Cam Lam District has just signed an agreement to launch Powered by Archipelago which provides the suite of services from booking engines to yield inventory designed to increase online revenue. It offers such tools as channel manager, booking engine, rate shopping, rate parity checker and fixer, metasearch integrator, retargeting ads sniffer and campaign performance analyzer, helping hotels turn connectivity into revenue-generating and provide important insights and focused strategic solutions, resulting in efficiencies and increased revenue.


The connectivity to Powered by Archipelago has helped increase bookings to 20 per day through the system and average stay period to 2 nights, said Herbert Laubichler-Pichler, Managing Director at Alma Resort.

In early 2022, Archipelago made its move into Vietnam with the launch of Archipelago Indochina in partnership with Ho Chi Minh City-based asset management and hospitality consultancy firm Optimum Hospitality. Archipelago has signed agreement with hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Hanoi and Ha Giang.


Archipelago International has provided independent hotels and hotel groups access to the company’s network of more than 3,000 partners. Taking advantage of long-term relationship and agreement with online travel agency (OTA), Archipelago Indochina also helps provide training and manage hotel booking staffs.
