Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just announced the conclusion of Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on the pilot operation of an overnight tour on Nha Trang Bay.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee allowed Sealife Group to pilot the operation of an overnight tour vessel on Nha Trang Bay for 12 months as from June 2, 2022. The anchorage position had been mentioned in the Decision No. 47 dated January 20, 2025. Earlier, in May 2021, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee issued a document to approve the overnight tour vessel on Nha Trang Bay.
Sealife Group is responsible for meeting safety standards; technical and hygienic requirements; and overnight tour operation regulations; announcing the operation plan to authorities. Local authorities and Nha Trang Bay Management Board are in charge of supervision to ensure the law and regulation compliance.
