Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has just developed a Covid-19 vaccination certification system at https://travelpass.tourism.vn/auth/travelpass. The system has been integrated into the Vietnam Safe Travel app.
This system provides procedures for controlling, verifying and updating medical records of international visitors prior to arrival, during arrival and departure. The system is developed meeting European standards on security, safety and confidentiality, creating favorable conditions for the arrival and departure of international travelers.

The app users can apply for Covid-19 vaccination certification on the app as well as have access to such conveniences as search for information about safe destinations, pandemic situations in localities, digital safe travel maps, health record, tourism insurance, digital tickets, shopping, tour management, destinations and many others. The app is being upgraded to include Covid-19 test results to ensure safe travel.
Similar digital certificates applied by some countries and organizations are EU Digital Covid certificate, Digital Travel Pass rolled out by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Common Pass by World Economic Forum (WEF) and Common Project; IBM Digital Health Pass, etc.
