Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism has just issued a plan to implement a program on development of human resources in tourism production and business 2020.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism will cooperate with Khanh Hoa University to open 3 tourism vocational courses on reception and housekeeping (2 months) in August 2020 for staff at 1-3 star accommodation establishments; Korean language (6 months) for qualified international tour guides and tour guides working in tourist sites in Khanh Hoa. The tuitions are mostly covered by the State funding and partly paid by attendants. Certificates will be granted at the end of the courses.
According to the leader of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, such courses are designed to improve the quality of human resources in tourism, thus raising the quality of tourist products and competitiveness of the local tourism sector as well as supporting training costs for small and medium-sized businesses and laborers.
