One day in May, we came to Khanh Son mountain pass to contemplate the beauty of mountains and forests. The lanscape here is ver fantastic.
According to Nguyen Van Nhuan, Chairman of Khanh Son District People’s Committee, one of economic tendencies is developing tourism. Beside Ta Gu waterfall, Khanh Son District has a lot of beautiful places such as Doc Quy waterfall (in Son Lam Commune), Suoi Da (in Ba Cum Bac Commune), waterfalls in Ta Giang (Thanh Son Commune), etc. Khanh Son District has built and started executing Project on developing tourism in the district till 2020 and view to 2030. Up to now, the district has invested and repaired long house in Hon Dung Hamlet, Son Hiep Commune as a place where cultural life of Raglai people is performed for visitors. The district has upgraded and repaired the road to Ta Gu waterfall, surveyed and confided areas with favorable conditions to develop public tourism, recovered traditional festivals, handicrafts… to serve tourists. Some businesses also intend to invest in ecological tourist sites.

Coming to Khanh Son District this time,we were introduced about a very beautiful road for treckking in Thanh Son Commune with the journey Ta Giang - La Van waterfall – cow farm – Jarich mountain – Sagai waterfall. From Ta Giang hamlet, we went along Suoi Da to reach La Van waterfall where water stream is fresh and cool and the nature is beautiful. Next, we went across forest to a cow farm to stay overnight, then went to Jarich mountain to welcome the sunrise. Then, we returned and dropped Sagai waterfall to have a bath to clean themselves. Nguyen Thieu Sang, a tourist guide, said that potentials for trekking in this road are big, photos taken in this road have excited people who love discovery. He operated a treckking tour on this road in Ta Giang.
Khanh Son District not only has beautiful landscape but also keeps cultural features of Raglai people. Tourism in Khanh Son District is for travellers who love discovery.
