Grasping this chance, Khanh Hoa tourism has made activities to attract tourists from these countries. On June 19, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee delivered a plan about cooperation to promote Khanh Hoa tourism in Europe. As planned, from now to 2017, the province will take part in fairs in the UK and Germany, receive press and business groups from Western Europe, make products suitable with the tourists, and intensifying advertisement for the image of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa in the countries.

Besides, tourism businesses of the province are seeking partners to bring Western European tourists back to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa. “We are going to introduce our hotel in Italia with a hope to attract tourists here”, said a sale manager of a 4-star hotel. Travel firms also are bettering tours to serve Western European visitors.

Pernament Vice-chairman of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association Nguyen Van Thanh also confirmed that visa waiver is a chance to attract more tourists from Western Europe, but enterprises need to improve quality of products and services as well as popularize themselves and have new tourist products. With a desire to welcome tourists from Western Europe, most tourism enterprises of the association are making preparations.
