The tournament is joined by 48 male and 7 female athletes of 12 boxing clubs in the province. The athletes compete in young and championship events for weight categories from 46kg to 81kg.

The tournament is organized by Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, aiming promote boxing movement in the province and discover excellent athletes for the provincial junior team.
