The tournament takes place from March 5 to 15, joined by nearly 1,500 players from 28 provinces and cities over the country. The players compete in six events: 1-cushion, 3-cusion, 9-ball pool, 10-ball pool, English snooker and billiards. The winners of round 1 will enter the final round scheduled for June.

The tournament is organized to respond to SEA Games 31 and the 9th National Sports Festival. It also serves as an occasion to assess the professional billiards and snooker movement of the localities and discover new faces for the national team.
In this tournament, Khanh Hoa’s delegation has 105 players of 13 clubs, competing 1-cushion, 3-cushion, and English billiards events.
