The tournament is joined by eight teams of Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh City, Dien Khanh District, Ninh Hoa Town, Khanh Vinh District, provincial Youth Union, and provincial Police. The teams are split into two groups, competing in a single round robin format to decide two excellent teams of each group to enter the semi-finals.
It ends on December 14. Through the tournament, excellent players will be selected for the provincial teams.
