13 male and five female teams from seven cities, districts, and towns of Nha Trang, Dien Khanh, Ninh Hoa, Van Ninh, Cam Ranh, Cam Lam, Khanh Son take part in the championships. The male teams are divided into four groups and play single-round robin format to decide the first team of each group for the semi-finals. In women’s event, five teams compete in a single-round format to decide the champion.
