The tournament is joined by eight strong movement football teams in the central region, including six Khanh Hoa teams (Thanh Thanh Club, Olympic Gym Club, C-Casa FC, Nam Phuong Khanh Hoa, Tuan Huong, Dong De Khanh Hoa) and two teams from the provinces of Phu Yen and Lam Dong.

The tournament will be played in a single round robin format. The team with most points will be crowned champion and prizes including a trophy, gold medals, VND30 million, and a place in the finals of VPL-S2 scheduled to be held in Hanoi.
The tournament runs from October 31 to December 12.
