The first leg of the final round, taking place from April 15 to May, include the competitions of the top four teams of the qualifying round (Sanvinest Sanna Khanh Hoa, Thai Son Bac, Da Nang, and Quang Nam) and six teams which placed first to sixth at the National Futsal Championship 2018 (Thai Son Nam, Savvinest Sanatech Khanh Hoa, Sahako FC, Kardiachain Saigon FC, Cao Bang, Tan Hiep Hung).

The second leg is slated to happen at Lanh Binh Thang Competition House (Ho Chi Minh City) at the end of August.
