The volleyball tournament (Group B) of Vietnam Border Guard High Command opened in Nha Trang on August 20.
At the tournament, nearly 100 players from the border guard units of Khanh Hoa Province, Ninh Thuan Province, Phu Yen Province, Binh Thuan Province, Quang Ngai Province, and Naval Fleet 48 compete in a round-robin format. The three teams getting most, second-most, and third-most points will enter the region 2 tournament.

The tournament is organized to prepare for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the All People’s Border Guard Day and the 60th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Border Guard.
The tournament will close on August 24.
