The park creates a typical community space where cultural exchange activities take place on holidays, New Year’s Day or Tet as well as daily activities of residents and tourists. In addition, Khanh Hoa Children's Cultural Palace also serves learning in art, physical fitness and etiquette as well as an amusement park. There are also a theater, a cinema, exhibitions, libraries, gymnasiums, areas for life skills training, etc. Therefore, the investment in the construction of Khanh Hoa Children's Cultural Palace is essential for and consistent with the provincial development planning.

At the May 16 session, Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee basically gave approval to the report content by the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Affairs Commission on the investment in the construction of Khanh Hoa Children's Cultural Palace. The provincial People’s Committee continued directing the implementation of investment procedures pursuant to the law and progress acceleration for the construction to be examined and put into use in the second quarter of 2025. This work is to mark the 19th Party Executive Committee Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Earlier, in late 2021, Khanh Hoa Architects’ Association held a contest for the design of Khanh Hoa Children’s House and awarded the first prize to the design created by Nha Vui Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City).

The landscape space features layers of flexible curves and decorative multi-purpose buildings. In particular, a winding red roof connects all the white blocks, creating architectural contrast with a youthful look with the image of a red scarf.
