Khanh Hoa Provincial Children’s House and Children’s Houses of districts and towns are going to organize summer classes from early June 2022, providing a wide variety of fun and educational activities for kids during the coming summer vacation.
 
This summer, Ninh Hoa Town Children’s House will open many classes on dancing, singing, playing musical instruments, aerobics, martial arts, handwriting, etc. The Covid-19 outbreak adversely affected the operation of the house in 2021. The skill classes will be resumed this summer. 1,000 kids are expected to attend the skill classes. Swimming classes for kids will be added to teach water safety skills and drowning prevention, said Nguyen Trung Hieu, Secretary of Ninh Hoa Town Children’s House.

The summer program of Van Ninh District Children’s House will include new activities such as a moot court “saying No to violence against children” and a drawing competition about national seas and islands. Besides, skill classes are scheduled to open in early June, lasting until August in order to provide fun activities to keep kids stay busy and happy in summer.
 
In Nha Trang City, Provincial Children’s House has got ready for summer activities for kids. Nguyen Le Tran, Chief of Training Department of Provincial Children’s House said despite adverse Covid-19 effects, over the past time, the unit has still made efforts to maintain skill classes to discover and promote talents. Skill  classes on English language, musical instruments, dancing, fitness and sporting at the provincial Children’s House are still underway. Summer classes are expected to start soon in June. 
 
This year, new skill classes on presentation, model training, fashion design, Traditional Vietnamese zither, ukulele and Stem-oriented robotics will be held to meet parents and children’s interests. “The highlight is the class on robotics which is designed to help stimulate and promote children's imagination and logical thinking and actively support other subjects such as Math, Physics, and Technology. Besides, the provincial Children’s House will still continue coordinating with other units to organize day-boarding classes on life skills and talents, according to Nguyen Le Tran.
 
This year, Khanh Hoa Children’s House will organize many competitions for children such as Phu Dong Camp for Children’s Houses, talent competitions, sporting festival, scientific day, Festival of Children’s Houses, Young pioneer Etiquette Contest, etc.
 
With a wide variety of activities and programs, Children’ Houses in Khanh Hoa Province are committed to providing an environment for recreation and skill development for kids, according to Nguyen Phuong Doanh, Director of Khanh Hoa Children’s House.
