Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee welcomed Anar Lachin Oglu Imanov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Vietnam on April 7.
At the meeting, Le Huu Hoang gave an overview of the provincial outstanding socio-economic achievements, potentials and development strategies. He hoped that the Ambassador would provide support for the promotion of cooperation relations between Khanh Hoa Province and localities of Azerbaijan in such fields as tourism; trade and investment in fisheries, a number of agricultural products, high-tech industry, logistics, marine economic development; as well as for Khanh Hoa students to travel to Azerbaijan to learn petroleum refining and petrochemical engineering.

Anar Lachin Oglu Imanov also shared some solutions to connect Azerbaijani businesses with those in Khanh Hoa, adding that he was wiling to support promoting Khanh Hoa tourism in Azerbaijan; provide a link for Azerbaijan's businesses to invest in Khanh Hoa, firstly by organizing an online conference on Khanh Hoa - Azerbaijan investment connection.
He suggested Khanh hoa would support agencies and units of Azerbaijan to Khanh Hoa to learn about projects calling for investment in the province, including investment in tourism infrastructures in Nha Trang City; technical and technological transfer on the production of some items to localities of Azerbaijan; as well as the province would promote the opening of direct flights from Khanh Hoa to Azerbaijan to serve tourism and investment activities.
