Indian defense attaché to Vietnam, Colonel Varadan Kumar together with a delegation visited the Naval Academy on March 18.
 
Colonel Le Hong Chien, Deputy Director of the Naval Academy emphasized the growing cooperation relationship between the Vietnam Navy in general, the Naval Academy in particular with the Indian Navy in the field of officer training and technical assistance. In recent years, the Indian Navy has increased support for the Vietnam Naval Academy in training to improve staff, lecturers and students' foreign language and informatics skills; boosted the exchange of professional training, scientific research, etc.

Colonel Varadan Kumar thanked the Vietnam Naval Academy for the warm welcome and hoped that the two sides would soon propose exchange and twinning activities between the Vietnam Naval Academy and the Indian Naval Academy.
