Accordingly, transport prices from Khanh Hoa to Vinh City (Nghe An Province) and Hanoi are VND1,000,000 and VND1,200,000 respectively for air-conditioned sleeper coaches and VND1,000,000 for air-conditioned seated coaches.
The maximum surcharge rate for transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Khanh Hoa from January 22 to 25 (lunar December 20-23) is 40%; from January 26 to 31 (lunar December 24-29) is 60%. Surcharges are not applied to transport from Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City.
Surcharge rate for transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Khanh Hoa from February 1 to 3 (lunar January 1-3) is 60%; from February 4 (lunar January 4) onwards is 0%.
From Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City, no surcharge for transport from February 1 to 3 and from February 16 onwards; a maximum surcharge rate of 60% is applied from February 4 to 10 (lunar January 4-10) and 40% from February 11 to 15 (lunar January 11-15).
The department also regulated the surcharge rates for routes from Khanh Hoa to the southern localities, the highlands, and the southeast.
