In addition, local authorities will initiate a concentrated inspection campaign to assure traffic law enforcement, mainly on national highways and provincial roads with heavy traffic and inner-city streets; check safety conditions at train stations, ports and coach stations; ensure rescue forces available for any emergencies related to infrastructures or traffic accidents, preventing congestions, especially on main access to city centers, key traffic joints and spring festival sites; have plans to assure safe travel and unimpeded flow traffic at BOT toll collection stations, etc.

Localities and members of the Traffic Safety Board are assigned to take specific tasks and responsibilities to maintain traffic safety and order during Tet.
