Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control reported 59 more recovered from Covid-19 in Khanh Hoa from 7am on September 13 to 7am on September 14, bringing the tally to 6,208, accounting for over 84% of the cases since July 22.
 
During the period, 42 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were detected in Khanh Hoa Province. The new cases include 16 in Nha Trang City, 17 in Ninh Hoa District, 5 in Van Ninh, 2 in Dien Khanh and 2 in Cam Ranh City. All of the cases are in home-quarantined and locked-down and centralized quarantine areas.
 
7,307 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been detected in Khanh Hoa since June 23 with infections identified in 8/9 districts and towns, including Nha Trang City with the most cases (4,168), making up nearly 2/3 of the infections, followed by Ninh Hoa Town (1,914), Van Ninh District (612), Dien Khanh District (263), Cam Ranh City (195), Cam Lam District (137), Khanh Vinh (17) and Khanh Son (1).

8,213 F1 and 13,198 F2 have been traced. 9 areas related to positive cases have been temporarily blockaded. 552,396 samples have been taken for RT-PCR testing and 3,618,489 others for antigen-detecting rapid diagnostic testing in Khanh Hoa Province. The provincial Center for Disease Control also recorded 79 deaths of Covid-19 since July 20.
 
The 2 districts of Khanh Vinh and Khanh Son have gone more than 14 days without a new locally transmitted coronavirus case.
 
According to the Provincial Steering Committee for Human Disease Prevention and Control, 17,374  doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered in Khanh Hoa on September 13, raising the total to 498,570 doses, including 437,186 first doses and 59,189 second shots during the coronavirus wave.
 
Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has promptly released allowances and social benefits to those entitled under the Government’s Resolution No.68 and the Prime Minister’s Decision No.23.
 
The Provincial Covid-19 Relief Center has received more than VND16.7 billion, over VND15.4 billion of which has been used to support the pandemic response. Besides, the center has also received 415.15 tons of rice, 138 tons of vegetables and fruits; 453,500 eggs; 2,471 boxes of necessities of all kinds to help struggling families; 2 ambulances, 25,000 face masks, 2,000 sets of medical protective gears, 31 ventilators, 2,000 SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid testing devices, etc. to support the medical care in Khanh Hoa.
